We have a fully equipped joinery workshop at our Middleton address and are SafeContractor, Construction Line, CSCS accredited.

Joinery

Our expertise in joinery has been passed down through five generations.

Today we have a team of eight craftsmen with City and Guilds qualifications and years of experience in meeting the requirements of the most exacting clients.

As you would expect our range of expertise covers joinery around the home – staircases, doors and cupboards – right up to more specialist jobs like the restoration of sash windows. We can also manage the larger heritage projects.

House Extensions

We offer a full Design and Build service to homeowners who want to extend their property. This means we manage the project from start to finish.

From an initial conversation and sketch plans with us, we can call in architects for final plans, obtain planning permission and ensure building regulations are met.

The benefit to customers is that they are dealing directly with the builders who are doing the work, costs are kept down and the whole project is managed by us. Meaning less stress for you.

We have completed seven of house extensions in the North West in the last five years.

Restoration

We were delighted to be called on to undertake the joinery restoration work for Heaton Hall, a stately home in Manchester which had fallen into disrepair.

This four year project involved refurbishing over 100 sash windows, the main entrance doors and the historic Orangery.

We have also refurbished fire damaged windows at Wythenshawe Hall.

Building works

As well as our design and build service for extensions, we offer the full range of general building services. Recent projects include a wall rebuild at Park Hall, Oldham.

Maintenance Contracts

When you’re running a busy organisation the last thing you need is those building headaches. We can assist with a simple no fuss service that solves those problems with a simple phone call. From window replacement and boarding up, lock replacement or routine maintenance we can handle it for you.

Refurbishment

Our work for leading regional breweries has helped us to develop a successful track record in tasteful, quality refurbishments which blend in with the existing structure.

We offer a similar service to a range of commercial premises, education and medical settings.
